Not happy? Request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of an annual renewal — no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; we don't charge you again.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net, or email support@v8labs.app. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
