HOW THIS IS MEASURED
Our own check, every minute.
The server checks itself once a minute: the app is running and its database answers. A minute without a passing check, because the server was down or restarting, counts as down, never as up. Days are UTC days; days before measurement began show as not measured.
A prompt can also fail while the service is up, for example when the AI service we use is busy; the terminal then keeps your text unchanged and says so. If this page does not load at all, the service is down: write to support@v8labs.app and we will reply as soon as it is back.
